The proximity to the train station made it super convenient for traveling. Make sure to check if the A/C is working upon arrival.

Everything was perfect, the room was spotless, the location was magnificent. This was a comfortable stay, good prices. The staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic and knew their area.

Everything was very good, including amiable staff and marvellous location to all train lines. There were very comfy beds and central heating, a multi-channel television and a study table inside the room. The rate was £ 47. We appreciated staying 1 night here.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful Retiro Park and the iconic Reina Sofia Museum. I also appreciated the friendly staff, who were wonderfully helpful when I needed assistance with my plans.

Shared bathroom was busy at times.

All the staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic giving some tips about the city. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I thoroughly enjoyed comfy and warm room. Had pretty clean amenities;)))

I stayed here for a trip and will choose the place for future trips. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing table. All the staff was helpful and extremely friendly, fixed my issues.

They unplugged my devices without consent, and can you imagine, no complimentary gesture for such dreadful service? The room, oh the odor, it was a sewer nightmare! The only bright side, if you can call it that, was the lovely location. Just couldn't rate it higher than this.

A/C worked well when it was on.

The mattress was far from comfortable. The bathroom's floor elevation was odd, and we encountered a persistent sewer smell after the first shower. The linens had noticeable stains, which didn't enhance our experience.

I really enjoyed my stay! The bed was super comfy, and the location is spot on, just a short walk from Atocha station. The common lounge area was nice for chilling out. I got a key for easy access to the street. I even had a helpful lady at reception who lent me an alarm clock 😊

There's a lovely common lounge area to unwind and a nice terrace for a breath of fresh air. The only downside was the shared bathroom, which could be a bit busy at times 😊
